This policy applies only to online purchases made through our official website.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, provided the product meets our return conditions. To ensure fairness and hygiene standards, the following guidelines apply:

Packaging & Condition

• If the cellophane, tester strip, or original box is missing, or if the box is returned in a condition worse than how it was originally sent, a small deduction may apply.
• Any deductions are made solely to cover packaging and handling costs.

Product Usage

• Perfumes with negligible usage are eligible for return with no additional charges.
• If the fragrance has been used up to 10%, a minimal usage fee will apply.
• If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Checklist & Charges

To ensure a smooth and quick return or exchange, please make sure the following items are included. Missing items may result in deductions:

• Cellophane: Rs. 20
• Original Box: Rs. 50
• Tester Strip: Rs. 30
• Fragrance Usage (up to 10%): Rs. 20
